Phase I of the Victory Center Project, The Eisenhower Building, is undergoing a complete interior and exterior renovation, transforming it to a Class A office facility.

The Eisenhower Building's full redevelopment plan will take the building from its current state down to it's concrete structure and back to an entirely new building; inside and out. The exterior of the building will consist of new exterior skin, windows and architectural features on the outside, making its appearance beautiful and inviting.

The building systems and interior finishes will be all new as well. This includes new HVAC systems, elevators, electrical distribution, common areas, and a dramatic lobby.
